What’s all the hoopla!

We are happy to announce hoopla is LIVE! All you need to get started is a valid library card and a PIN (use 1234). What is hoopla, you ask? It is a  digital service that partners with libraries across North America to provide online and mobile access to thousands of eBooks, audiobooks, comics, movies, music, and more. With hoopla digital, patrons can borrow, instantly stream, and download dynamic content anytime (24/7) and anywhere with a valid library card. Each valid library card has access to four items a month. If you click borrow, it becomes one of your four allotted items to check out. This allotment starts over at the beginning of each month.

All content is accessible via hoopla digital’s mobile app and www.hoopladigital.com. All you need is your library card, a web browser, smart phone or tablet to get started. When you register, hoopla will ask you to enter an email address. This is used as your username to log into the service. Once you’ve done this you will be able to set a password for your account as well.

For more information using hoopla check out these short video resources, hoopla for Android, iOS and a Web browser.
