Educators — we are here to serve you and your students in unique ways that fit your classroom. Whether that classroom is in a school or at home, we encourage all educators to take advantage of our services. Library Cards in the Classroom
Not sure all your students have library cards yet? We’ll come by and register them! We will bring library card registration forms for students to take home to complete, and then return to their teacher. We pick up the forms, register the library cards, and return the cards to the teacher. If you are interested in this service, contact Samantha to set up a classroom visit.
Register for a Teacher Library Card
Teacher cards have a higher number of checkouts (100) than personal library cards (50). We will also extend the due dates to whatever you request so that you can keep materials in your classroom longer. To register, contact Samantha Hyde, our Children’s & Teen Librarian.
Classroom Book Delivery Service
for public school teachers
Have your books delivered right to your classroom! There are two ways to request books for delivery:
- Complete the Classroom Book Delivery Request to let us know when and where you’d like your materials delivered. Then place specific titles on hold in the catalog using your teacher or personal library card.
- Complete the Classroom Book Delivery Request to request materials selected by a librarian. We can pull books and other materials based on a topic and a grade level.
Book Bundle Service
for homeschool educators
Request a variety of materials catered to any topic, hand-selected by a librarian! Complete the Book Bundle form and you will be contacted when your bundle is ready for pick-up.
