Legal Aid Phone Clinic
Free, confidential legal phone consultations for residents of Brown County who cannot afford an attorney. Registration required by calling 812.378.0358 between noon and 2 pm on the day of the clinic. A volunteer attorney will return calls to registered individuals from 3-5:30 pm.

- Family law (child support, custody, divorce, parenting time)
- Guardianships
- Powers of Attorney
- Protective Orders
- Simple Wills and Small Estates
Receive advice on Housing Legal Issues including:
- Eviction/Housing Issues
- Damages Hearings
- Sealing of Eviction Records
Individuals calling the Legal Aid Phone Clinic can expect to receive a brief consultation to answer civil or housing legal matters over the phone. Registered individuals must be available between 3 pm and 5:30 pm to answer a call from an attorney.
