Temporary Online Borrower Card
If you are a resident or property owner in Brown County, Indiana you are eligible for a Brown County Public Library card. If you do not yet have a physical library card you can apply for a Temporary Online Borrower Card. This will allow you access to all of the Library’s online resources — eBooks, audiobooks, streaming video and more. This temporary card will be valid for 90 days. When the Library reopens to the public, visit us in person and get your physical library card to continue using our digital resources, as well as checking out actual books.
To get a temporary online borrower card, you will need:
- A valid email address
- To register with the PIN 1234 when creating your borrower account
- A little patience — new accounts will be activated at midnight and available for use the following day
