Summer Reading 2023: All Together Now for Littles, Kids and Teens
Read all together this summer!
You are invited to six weeks of summer reading and fun!
How to participate:
Log the minutes you read to earn badges and prizes along the way. You can also increase your summer fun by picking up a weekly packet from the library full of crafts, activities and surprises!
Win Prizes!
You can also earn tickets in the Grand Prize Drawing by attending library programs and doing the activities on your Summer Reading Bingo Card. See the events calendar for incredible Summer Reading programs for all ages.
And you are invited to the End of Summer Reading Party on July 29th when we will draw winners for the Grand Prizes!

Summer Reading 2023: All Together Now for Adults
June 17 – July 29
Log the books you read to earn tickets for the prize drawing. You only have to read 6 books and submit 1 book review to complete the Summer Reading program, but you can earn extra drawing tickets by attending library programs, writing additional book reviews or sharing a book review on social media and tagging the library.

How to participate:
- READ 6 library books — remember, all books count: printed books, e-books and audiobooks, but we encourage reading for YOU (rather than reading aloud to children for instance).
- RECORD what you read in your reading log.
- WRITE a short review of a book, e-book or audiobook on the form in your reading log
- TURN IN your completed reading log and book review to the Library and you will be earn an entry ticket in our prize drawing
Earn additional entries in the Prize Drawing by:
- Writing 2 additional book reviews = 1 ticket
- Attend an adult Library program = 1 ticket
- Share a book review on Facebook or Instagram, tag the Library and use #brocopublibsummer = 1 ticket

Be sure to visit our Events Calendar for program dates to help you earn those additional prize drawing tickets!
Make sure to have your reading log turned in by July 29 to be eligible for the End of Summer Prize Drawings. Drawing will be held at an End of Summer Reception on Thursday, August 3 from 5-6 pm.
To be eligible to win you must complete the program requirements outlined in the packet, have a Brown County, Indiana Public Library card, and be over the age of 18.
