Meeting Room

The Brown County Public Library has three meeting rooms available for library district organizations or groups engaged in governmental, educational, cultural, intellectual or charitable activities. Meeting rooms may be reserved up to two months in advance. Please notify the library if your group no longer needs a requested space.

Please review the revised Meeting Room Policy before submitting your online request. You may also print and fill out the Meeting Room Application and return it to the library prior to your event.

Please provide information regarding room set-up if you are requesting the library set-up the room for your group for a $25 fee.
